Each church has its own private space. Your people can't see another church's information, no matter what they try — and the address in your browser doesn't reveal anything that could be tampered with. Everything is kept safe behind extra layers of protection.

FAQ

The questions we hear before the first Sunday

  • Does Vyne handle tithes, donations or any kind of payment from members?

    No — on purpose. Vyne is built around the spiritual care and growth of your community, not around your church's finances. There are excellent platforms out there for offering management; for member care, we believe nothing compares to Vyne.

  • Is there a per-member fee?

    Never. Members, visitors and children are always unlimited on every plan. We refuse to charge churches per soul.

  • Is there a limit on photos?

    Photos themselves are unlimited — the only limit is the amount of space you use. Plans with photos include 500 GB, and you can add more space whenever you need.

  • How do we get started?

    The Vyne team sets up your church and the first super-admin. You get an email with a secure link to set your password, and you're in — usually before your next Sunday.

  • Can I have multiple churches under the same account?

    No. Each email belongs to one church. If you serve in more than one, use different emails.

  • Where are the photos kept?

    In a safe, private place online. They go straight from your browser, and if your connection drops, the app picks up where it left off — you don't lose anything.

  • Is face search mandatory?

    No. FaceX comes only in the top plan. When it's off, the 'Find my photo' button simply hides on your public page — no broken buttons.

  • Do you support extra login security?

    Yes. Two-step login is available for everyone. We strongly recommend turning it on for admins.

  • Can visitors see church-only posts?

    No. Church-only posts stay inside your church. Only posts you choose to share publicly get their own link to share outside.

  • Which languages are supported?

    Portuguese (Brazil) and English. Signed-in users pick their language in their profile; visitors switch right from the public page.
